Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact to prevent leaking during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
